At its foundations, the Alexander Technique is a method to relieve tension in the body, preventing discomfort and addressing chronic pain. You will learn new ways to move your body with more ease and, on a deeper level, live your life with more connection and freedom.
Through self inquiry and mindfulness, you will uncover your limiting habits and thoughts. You will learn to release these old ways of being and move forward with newfound body awareness and vitality. With the Alexander Technique, you will

The Lesson & What to Expect
You will arrive in comfortable everyday clothing. Together we will work standing, sitting and in everyday movements. I will support and guide you with verbal instructions and light hands-on touch. Together we help you to discover new ways to “be in the flow” of life, bringing strength and lightness. After each lesson, you will have instructions to apply this new knowledge into your daily life.
COVID19 considerations: In person, we will meet outside in an area you feel comfortable (my backyard, a park, etc), and we will both wear masks and use hand sanitizer. I also offer online Zoom lessons.
